The main hall is roughly 60’ by 45’ with high ceilings. It is adjoined by a large kitchen with a pass-thru serving counter. It seats around 200 for town meetings and wedding receptions and has parking for up to 75 cars. It has hosted antique sales, beano, boxing, indoor walking, public dinners, and seminars. Rental fees are as follows:
Main Hall (Greeley): $100
Community Room – $50
Auctions – $350 for 3 day booking
Weddings – $450 for 3 day booking
Kitchen – $50 (free with wedding or auction rental)
Yard Sales (Parking Lot) – $20
Craft Fairs – $20 per table
A $150 refundable cleaning fee will be collected for Main Hall bookings. Fees can be waived for selected community groups. Click here to read the rental FAQ.
